Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to anyone who purchases or uses ConvoTag. ConvoTag is operated by Small Block LLC (“ConvoTag,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

What you’re buying

A ConvoTag purchase gives you access to a tagger — a browser-executable script that prepends a curated symbol to the title of your Claude.ai conversations. Each taxonomy is a one-time purchase with no subscription or recurring charge.

After purchase, Stripe redirects you to an install page containing your tagger. Drag it to your bookmarks bar to install. Stripe also emails you a receipt with the install page URL.

What we support

The tagger is designed and tested for desktop browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on Claude.ai. Mobile browser use is not supported in v1.0.0.

Service availability

The tagger depends on Claude.ai’s internal rename API and DOM structure, which are controlled by Anthropic. If Anthropic changes their interface, the tagger may stop working. We monitor for breakage and push fixes promptly — typically within 24 hours of a confirmed issue — but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Refunds

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase. Email support@convotag.com with your Stripe receipt and we will process the refund.

Acceptable use

You may use ConvoTag for personal and professional purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the tagger. You may not use ConvoTag to interact with Claude.ai in ways that violate Anthropic’s usage policies.

No warranty

ConvoTag is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the tagger will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with future versions of Claude.ai.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ConvoTag’s total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the product is limited to the amount you paid for your purchase. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of ConvoTag after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the state of Missouri.
