Privacy Policy

Who we are

ConvoTag is operated by Small Block LLC (“ConvoTag,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). You can reach us at support@convotag.com.

What we collect

We collect the minimum necessary to operate the site and process purchases.

Payment data

When you buy a taxonomy, you check out through Stripe. Stripe collects your email address, payment card details, and a short survey question about LLMs. ConvoTag receives a confirmation that a purchase occurred. We do not receive or store your payment card details — those go directly to Stripe.

Analytics

ConvoTag uses Vercel Analytics for anonymous page-view counting. It does not set cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not collect any personally identifying information. We see aggregate counts — how many people visited a page — nothing more.

What we do not collect

ConvoTag has no database of user accounts. We do not collect, store, or have access to:

• Your Claude.ai conversations
• Which symbols you apply or have applied
• Your Claude.ai account details
• Any data generated by the tagger after purchase

The tagger runs entirely in your browser. When you use it, it calls Claude.ai’s own rename API using your existing browser session. That API call goes to Anthropic’s servers, not ours. ConvoTag has no visibility into it.

Cookies

ConvoTag does not set any cookies. Vercel Analytics operates without cookies. Stripe may set cookies during the checkout flow; their use is governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

Third-party processors

We use two external services:

• Stripe — payment processing. Their privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
• Vercel — hosting and analytics. Their privacy policy is at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Data retention

ConvoTag does not maintain a user database, so there is no ConvoTag-held data to delete. Purchase records are held by Stripe per their retention policy. To request deletion of your Stripe data, contact Stripe directly or email us and we will facilitate the request.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Because we hold very little (essentially just the purchase confirmation Stripe forwards to us), most requests can be addressed by contacting Stripe directly. For anything else, email support@convotag.com.

Children

While children are encouraged to play tag outside with their friends (assuming guardian approval), ConvoTag is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of ConvoTag after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the state of Missouri.
